Think all business sales pieces have to be difficult to produce and expensive. Think again, you can create effective business sales pieces yourself. You start out by figuring out what the goal of the business sales piece. To achieve this goal you work with two primary elements text and graphics. With text you want to get your point across quickly and not be too wordy.
Graphics may not always be needed. Graphics, although always nice they may not be the best way to sell your product. A simple piece with well placed text looks just as nice as a piece with a lot of graphics.
