You are the little guy competing with a whole bunch of other little guys for the same jobs. You are a small firm competing with the big players. Image is everything and content is king. Having a well thought out image can be easy. It is not having everything out there at once, it is developing something simple that show cases you at your best.
A key element to that is a simple design. But you can’t go overboard in what you do. Content is where it gets difficult. You just say what you want to say as simple as possible. If you don’t get it right on the first try just do it again, do it as many times as you need.
